The practical details behind a booking request.

These notes explain how requests, quotes and personal data are handled. They apply to bookings made through this website. If anything is unclear, ask us before you travel.
1. Booking requests
Sending the form creates a request, not a confirmed booking. We check availability and reply with the vehicle, meeting point and final price. Your journey is confirmed only when we accept it in writing on WhatsApp or by email.
Please check the names, dates and times in our reply. Tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
2. Prices and currency
Fares shown on this site are indicative, in euros, for the whole private vehicle and a direct one-way journey unless stated otherwise. They include the driver, fuel and tolls.
Waiting time, extra stops, excursions, entrance fees and meals are quoted separately. Prices may change for major events, unusual routes or very long waiting times; we will always confirm the final amount before you travel.
3. Payment
No payment is taken by this website. Payment is arranged directly with your driver or our local team. The accepted method and currency are confirmed with your booking.
If you plan to pay by card, ask before travel so we can confirm whether it is possible for your journey.
4. Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as possible if your plans change. We will do our best to move the booking to another time or date, subject to availability.
If you cancel after the driver has set out, a waiting or travel charge may apply. We will explain any charge before it is applied.
5. Flight delays and waiting time
Share your flight number when you book. We monitor arrival times where possible and adjust the pickup for delays.
Standard airport waiting time is included; extended waiting may be charged. If you are delayed, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can.
6. Passengers, luggage and child seats
Tell us the exact number of passengers and large bags so we can send the right vehicle. Child seats are available on request, subject to age and size.
Passengers must wear seat belts where fitted. The driver may refuse a journey if the vehicle would be overloaded or if a passenger's behaviour puts others at risk.
7. Travel documents and conduct
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any other travel documents. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the vehicles.
Please treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Soiling or damage caused during the journey may be charged.
8. Privacy and data
The booking form stores your request in your own browser (localStorage) and opens WhatsApp or email so you can send it to us. We receive only what you choose to send.
We use your details to answer the request and arrange the journey; we do not sell them. This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. WhatsApp, email and the map provider have their own privacy policies.
